All crates are stored in one of our own secure, monitored, alarmed warehouses. For additional peace of mind, we offer various levels of insurance cover.
Our loading service includes 1 hour of loading time. Additional time will be charged hourly, therefore we advise you prepare items in advance (e.g. box up small items) to reduce the possibility of additional charges.
The storage fee is billed monthly in advance, and payments are recurring payments from the card you provide at checkout. The storage fee does not include re-delivery/collection of your items; you will be billed separately for this when you terminate your storage contract.
